Sales Incentive is paid to the Direct Seller on every product/service, sales/ Distribute and marketing in their team in the form of generations Income. This is the simplest form of compensation to compensate direct sellers on the business generated in different generations in their team. Viswaadhaara Business Plan rewards its direct sellers with 80% of PV sale and marketing by his/her team up to 12th generation as Sales Incentive as mentioned in the below table:

The Direct seller who wish to receive Re Purchase income must make a monthly self-purchase of 400 PV on company products at Godeals.biz website based on the downline team repurchase in that particular month he/she will get repurchase Income for that month. The below table shows how the direct seller will get income based on the repurchase done by his/her downline in a month.
Monthly Performance Incentive The direct seller will get performance incentive based on the efforts made by him on sales turnover of the company.
A Direct Seller can rise through the Business Plan by increasing the sales of Products. The Achiever Incentive is based on the Rank achieved by the direct seller by generating the PV in his/her teams. In the below mentioned it is shown how a Direct Seller can achieve his/her achiever Incentive pool income as per the Rank achieved by him/her. In Plan Achiever Incentive Pool income is paid to the Direct Seller as per the rank achieved.
Once the Direct seller completes the Silver level he/she will be eligible for Travel Fund. 2% on Repurchase PV in a month will be given as pool income.
Once the Direct seller completes the Platinum level he/she will be eligible for Car Fund. 2% on Repurchase PV in a month will be given as pool income.
Once the Direct seller completes the Ruby Level he/she will be eligible for House Fund. 1% on Repurchase PV in a month will be given as pool income.
Once the Direct seller completes the Diamond Level he/she will be eligible for Royalty Income. 1% on Repurchase PV in a month will be given as pool income.
